We are very pleased with the care Ron’s giving us. He keeps surprising me with how good he is. He is very friendly and kind. He’s quite accomplished, and I haven’t found anything that I’ve asked him to do that he isn’t able to do. His medical background is good for us, as we’re getting on in years! I highly recommend him.

Ron is an excellent care giver. He has been with us for a few months now and takes good care of us. He cleans for us, works in the yard and even cooks some. (He’s and excellent cook by the way.) He will do anything we need. He takes me to different appointments and also shopping, which helps me to get out of the house.
He’s helped me with pain management as well. He is always very pleasant, gentle and kind. We highly recommend him and know that he will take good care of your loved ones.

Ron was an immense help during my father’s long illness with Parkinson’s Disease. He was his primary caregiver for close to three years. Initially we needed Ron a few hours a week, but in the last year we needed Ron for many hours each day. Ron was very flexible and always worked these long days with a positive and caring attitude and disposition.
Ron always made an effort each day to personally connect with my dad. He would look him in his eyes and ask how he was doing as well as shake and hold his hand. My dad always loved sports and Ron shared this love with him talking over the latest news and watching sports on TV together. In my dad’s last month of life, they even went to a Trail Blazers basketball game together.
Ron would take care of all of my dad’s needs which were many: companionship, exercises, feeding, changing, dressing, bathing and taking him to medical appointments. Ron’s physical strength and his ability to have my dad hold onto his shoulders while walking was the only way my dad could walk in the last couple of years. Ron was also able to get my dad out and about in the car so that dad and our family could do some fun things together which was so important to us as a family.
Ron developed a very close bond with my dad and also with my mom and our family. He was such a great support to my mom during this time. He would help with laundry, yard work, grocery shopping and other household tasks.
Being a caregiver is a challenging job, but Ron was such a valuable and indispensable part of my dad’s support. We are so grateful for his care and love for my dad. We know he will go on to help many others in the future.
Thank you, Ron!!
